2. Eligibility

2.1 This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are planning a wedding.
2.2 One entry per couple.
2.3 Employees of Mia Garner Music and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.4 By entering, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

3.1 The prize draw opens on 28th February 2025 and closes on 2nd March 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
4.2 To enter, complete the online form at www.miagarnermusic.com/nationalweddingshow with your name, email, phone number, and wedding date.
4.3 By submitting the form, you will receive one entry into the prize draw.
4.4 Entries made via agents or third parties are invalid.

5. The Prize

5.1 One winner will receive a ceremony music set worth £425

The ceremony set includes:

• 30 Minutes of music for guest arrival

• Live vocal performance during aisle walk

• Live vocal performance during signing of the register 

• Live vocal performance for recessional

5.3 The prize is subject to availability on the winner's chosen wedding date.
5.4 The prize must be redeemed or booked within 24 months of the draw date (by 2nd March 2027).
5.5 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5.6 Travel costs are included for venues within 15 miles of LN5 (LINCOLN). For venues beyond this distance, additional travel costs may apply and will be discussed with the winner.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the entry period closing.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw.
6.3 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
6.4 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Existing Customers

7.1 Couples who have already made a booking with Mia Garner Music may still enter this prize draw.
7.2 If an existing customer wins, the £425 prize value will be credited to their existing booking invoice as a discount.
7.3 Existing customers receive the same number of entries (one) as non-customers.

8. Data Protection

8.1 All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy available at https://www.miagarnermusic.com/privacy-policy
8.2 By entering, you consent to your details being used for the purpose of administering this prize draw.
8.3 Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in via the separate checkbox on the entry form.
8.4 You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@miagarnermusic.com

9. Liability

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the prize draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.
9.3 The Promoter's liability is limited to providing the prize as described. No other warranties are given.

10.1 This prize draw is governed by English law.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners.
10.3 Any entry found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms will be disqualified.

11. Winner Announcement

11.1 The winner's first name and county will be available upon request for 3 months after the draw close date by emailing hello@miagarnermusic.com
